Return Policy
1. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept return requests for damaged or defective items. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment and may take up to 14 business days to process.
All furniture remains the property of Howfine until paid in full.
All used furniture is sold in 'as is condition' with all sales being final. Final layouts may be subject to change based on available product. Keys are not guaranteed to be present with any used item and can be supplied at additional costs.
New unopened furniture can be returned subject to a 50% re-stocking fee + applicable pickup fees. Opened or installed new furniture is subject to final sale.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Howfine International Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
4. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.
