No strict MOQ for EXW; for FOB we recommend a consolidated lot (e.g., 1×20' or share-container/LCL). You may mix chairs, desks, pedestals, and storage in one shipment as long as packing is feasible.

All used items are function-checked; cosmetic variations are normal. Our 12-month functional warranty applies in Singapore. For exports, after goods are handed over (EXW) or loaded on board (FOB), service is parts-only and excludes logistics to/from Singapore.

We provide a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and (for FOB) Export Permit. HS codes/commodity descriptions are listed per item family; buyer should confirm acceptability with the destination customs/broker.

Yes. For EXW, COD means payment in full upon collection / before the truck leaves our warehouse. For FOB, COD is due before terminal gate-in / vessel cut-off. We accept bank transfer and PayNow; receipts provided.
