We’ll always apply the most appropriate single option for your order and confirm fees before scheduling. If your order spans multiple categories (e.g., bulk + assembly), we’ll provide a clear combined quote upfront.
Building Access & Special Conditions
- No-lift access surcharge: If a building has no lift and an item < 23kg per unit must be carried beyond the 2nd floor, a S$20 per level surcharge applies. Heavier items or complex access may require a custom manpower quote.
- Restricted areas: Deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong Island, military camps, high-security sites may require prior approval and additional fees — please contact us before ordering.
- Missed appointments: A re-delivery fee may apply if no one is present at the agreed time window.
- Packaging removal: Available on request.
Assembly & Drilling
- Assembly is available for most products (quoted based on item type/quantity).
- Drilling / wall-mounting is offered only as part of an assembly package and is not available for delivery-only orders.
Free Delivery Promotions
- Free Delivery for orders over S$800 (when active)
- Free Delivery + Assembly for custom office projects (subject to quote approval)
