Yes, but note that custom orders are non-returnable unless there's an error on our part. Please confirm specifications before placing a custom order.
For small setups, we can often deliver within a few days. Large-scale office outfitting may take 3 weeks. We recommend placing orders early to secure stock and delivery slots.
Yes — keys for cabinets/storage are guaranteed; extra keys on request.

Yes. we provide min. one key for each pedestal, drawer, filing cabinet, cupboard, Safe, Lateral filing, compactus.
As a rule of thumb, 1 person per foot of table. For example, a 12-foot table can seat 12. Wider tables (e.g., 12x5) can seat 14—five on each side, two at each end.

Yes! All our Used & New furniture includes a minimum 1-year warranty. That’s part of our commitment to quality and customer confidence. Functional/mechanical faults on pre-loved items; excludes fabric/mesh wear or misuse.
🚛 Delivery & Shipping
We deliver throughout Singapore and can arrange international shipping on request. Contact us for a custom quote.
We use our in-house delivery team for local orders and with assembly package. For larger or long-distance orders, we partner with reliable logistics providers. Delivery & installation services can be arranged.
Yes, self-pickup is available from our Singapore warehouse. Please schedule your pickup in advance, and bring appropriate manpower and transport equipment.
We provide tracking details for all deliveries. Our team will update you once your order is dispatched.
Used Furniture Exportor
No strict MOQ for EXW; for FOB we recommend a consolidated lot (e.g., 1×20' or share-container/LCL). You may mix chairs, desks, pedestals, and storage in one shipment as long as packing is feasible.
All used items are function-checked; cosmetic variations are normal. Our 12-month functional warranty applies in Singapore. For exports, after goods are handed over (EXW) or loaded on board (FOB), service is parts-only and excludes logistics to/from Singapore.

We provide a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and (for FOB) Export Permit. HS codes/commodity descriptions are listed per item family; buyer should confirm acceptability with the destination customs/broker.
Yes. For EXW, COD means payment in full upon collection / before the truck leaves our warehouse. For FOB, COD is due before terminal gate-in / vessel cut-off. We accept bank transfer and PayNow; receipts provided.
