Do you offer assembly & drilling?

Yes — quoted per project. Drilling is only available with an assembly package.

Export FAQ — Used Office Furniture

Incoterms offered: EXW (Ex Works) & FOB Singapore. Payment term available: COD (Cash on Delivery/Collection).

What export terms do you offer?

We support two Incoterms: EXW (Ex Works) — buyer handles pickup from our Singapore warehouse; and FOB Singapore — we deliver the goods, cleared for export, onto your nominated vessel at Singapore port.

What’s included under EXW (Ex Works)?

Items are made available at our warehouse: 5 Kaki Bukit Road 2, #02-07, City Warehouse, Singapore 417839. Loading assistance with a pallet jack/forklift is available by arrangement. Buyer handles export packing (if not purchased), trucking, export customs, and sea/air freight.

What’s included under FOB Singapore?

We handle basic export packing (as quoted), transport to terminal, port handling to ship’s rail, and Singapore export clearance. Buyer arranges ocean/air freight, destination charges, insurance, and import customs at the destination.

Do you accept COD for export orders?

Yes. For EXW, COD means payment in full upon collection / before the truck leaves our warehouse. For FOB, COD is due before terminal gate-in / vessel cut-off. We accept bank transfer and PayNow; receipts provided.

Can I use a forwarder or consolidator?

Absolutely. Share your forwarder’s contact and booking. For EXW, we coordinate a pickup window. For FOB, we need booking number, cut-off times, and terminal at least 48–72 hours in advance.

How are items packed for export?

Options include stretch-wrap + corner guards, palletized, or wood-crated (ISPM-15). Packing level depends on route and product. We’ll quote packing separately and confirm the method on your PI.

Do you provide documents?

We provide a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and (for FOB) Export Permit. HS codes/commodity descriptions are listed per item family; buyer should confirm acceptability with the destination customs/broker.

What are typical lead times?

Small EXW pickups: 2–4 working days after payment/confirmation. FOB shipments: 5–10 working days to pack, clear, and gate-in (subject to booking slots and peak periods).

Minimum order & mixing items?

No strict MOQ for EXW; for FOB we recommend a consolidated lot (e.g., 1×20' or share-container/LCL). You may mix chairs, desks, pedestals, and storage in one shipment as long as packing is feasible.

Quality & warranty for export goods?

All used items are function-checked; cosmetic variations are normal. Our 12-month functional warranty applies in Singapore. For exports, after goods are handed over (EXW) or loaded on board (FOB), service is parts-only and excludes logistics to/from Singapore.

Damage & risk transfer?

Risk transfers to the buyer at warehouse handover (EXW) or on board vessel (FOB). We recommend cargo insurance; your forwarder can arrange this.

Returns or order changes after handover?

Export sales are final once goods are collected (EXW) or shipped (FOB). Any post-handover changes are treated as a new order.
