At Howfine, competitive pricing is part of a bigger promise: work in partnership, extend furniture lifecycles for sustainability, and earn trust through fair competition—not race-to-the-bottom tactics.

How It Works

1. Share the competing offer—send us a link, screenshot, or formal quote dated within the last 7 days.
2. We verify item identity, condition grade, warranty, quantity and local availability.
3. If eligible, we’ll match it—and where we can, we’ll beat it (or offer store credit).

Claims can be made before purchase, or within 7 days after your Howfine order (we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method).

What Counts as the “Same Item”

• Brand & model (e.g., Herman Miller Aeron, Steelcase Leap), including version/series where applicable.
• Configuration (size, frame/mesh, arms, lumbar/tilt options, casters, color/finish).
• Condition grade (new vs pre-loved) and warranty term must be equivalent or better.
• Quantity (especially for bulk lots) and stock availability in Singapore.
• Delivered price—we compare like-for-like, including delivery/assembly if included in the competitor’s offer.

Exclusions

• Marketplace listings, auctions, private sellers, or overseas sellers without local fulfilment.
• Out-of-stock items, obvious pricing errors, bundle-only/membership-only prices, or time-limited flash deals.
• Non-identical SKUs/specs/condition, or offers without comparable warranty/support.
• Special orders, wholesale/contract pricing, liquidation/clearance with “as-is/no warranty” terms.
• Cannot be combined with vouchers, coupons, or other promos unless stated.
