📦 Return & Refund Policy

1) 7-Day Risk-Free (Eligible Items)

You may return most eligible items within 7 days of delivery. No restocking fee when returned in like-new condition with original packaging (if applicable). For eligible, non-bulky items, standard return shipping is free (or drop-off at our showroom).

• Unused, original packaging (if applicable)
• Request within 7 days; after 7 days may not be accepted
• Refund within 14 business days to original payment method

2) Pre-Loved (Used) Furniture

Sold in good, functional condition with a 12-month functional warranty. Returns are not accepted unless damaged upon delivery. Keys for cabinets/storage are guaranteed (additional keys available on request).

3) New Furniture

• Unopened & unused items may be returned
• Bulky/oversized or assembled items: pickup & transport may be charged (quoted separately)
• Opened, installed, or custom-ordered items are non-refundable

4) Limitation of Liability

• No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• No liability for loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• No liability for special or punitive damages

5) Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore; disputes under the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
