  • 12-month functional warranty on pre-loved items
  • Original purchaser; order number required
  • Delivery damage/DOA covered within 7 days
  • Repair or replace (new or refurbished parts)

Scope

Howfine International Pte. Ltd. (“Howfine”) provides a 12-month functional, workmanship and mechanical warranty for pre-loved office furniture purchased via howfine.com.sg or our showroom, starting from the original ship date. Brand-new items follow the manufacturer’s warranty; we’ll assist with claims.

Valid for purchases and use within Singapore; applies to the original purchaser with the original order number as the warranty reference.

What’s Covered

  • Structural components, bases, casters, gas-lift cylinders, height/tilt/arm mechanisms
  • Drawer runners, cabinet locks/cylinders (1 key guaranteed; additional keys on request)
  • Non-user-induced mechanical or functional failures

Note: Pre-loved items undergo deep cleaning and necessary refurbishment; original/replacement/refurbished parts may be used during evaluation.

Exclusions

  • Upholstery/fabric/leather/mesh/foam wear & tear, discoloration, stains, mesh sagging, cosmetic/natural ageing
  • Incorrect installation, misuse/abuse, negligence, rough handling, unauthorised modification/repair
  • Environmental damage (humidity, sunlight, pests, chemicals) or accidents/acts of God
  • Abnormal wear from rental or use beyond typical office purposes

Remedies & Charges

  • At Howfine’s discretion, defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished parts.
  • Within 7 days: shipping/handling for DOA or delivery damage covered by Howfine.
  • Day 8–Month 12: two-way transport/onsite handling borne by the customer; parts & labour remain free within the warranty term.
  • Replacement parts do not extend the original warranty term.

How to Obtain Warranty Service (RMA / Return Number)

  1. Request an RMA from [email protected] or +65 9007 0896.
  2. We’ll issue your Return Number (RPN) and packing/shipping instructions.
  3. Write the RPN clearly on the outer carton and include it in your email.
  4. RPN is valid for 10 days from issuance. Returns without an RMA/RPN may be refused.
